His ears should not be clipped. This is only done to satisfy human ideas of beauty. If the dog needed to have pointed ears that stand up, nature would have provided them.

Not only are they not needed, you put your dog through a lot of pain and then subject him to ear problems, like infections, for the rest of his life.

It's called "CROPPING",not clipping! You should have discussed it w/your breeder before you bought the pup.

Didn't buy from a responsible breeder? What a surprise...not. Shame on you for being so foolish.

Cropping needs to be done very early and by a vet. I know that should go without saying, but there are people who do it at home on older puppies with scissors. Yikes.
