Where in the Bible does it say that? Isn't that a bit illogical? i mean what if i ask for GOd to kill someone for me, will He do it? I don't think that Jesus meant that as literally as you interpret it. Maybe there is a clause for getting a positive response from God. In the case of praying for you to be converted, i don't think God will answer positively because from the looks of things, you don't want to be converted. And i don't believe that God will force you to be converted to Christianity, because if He would do that with you... then He should probably do it with everyone...

first of all, it does not say you can cast mountains into the sea by prayer.... Jesus said said "if you have faith the size of a mustard seed" you could tell a mountain to be cast into the sea and it would. second, we include at the end of our prayers "thy will be done"... which means we are putting our request under Gods will. He will answer the request on His time, not ours. Lastly, although God loves you, and we would all be thrilled for you to join us in heaven when this is all over, it seems apparent you would rather take your pleasure in insulting us and God. Jesus told us "do not throw your pearls before swine", so i will not go any further on this issue. I will pray for you though.

"Brother", still using the old tricks, hmm?
As you once tempted Jesus "cast yourself upon these stones, and surely God's angels will rescue you", so you now challenge Christians to save you from the path that you have freely chosen?
How amusing! It's true that those who don't read history are more likely to repeat it, and you may get a few gullible takers -- but I'll still be here, revealing who you are under whatever name you chose to use.
Still misquoting The Bible, I see. I guess it's hard to actually read THE BOOK that reveals in the last chapter that you (or your master, for whom you've chosen to speak) LOSE the final battle. Don't want to dwell on that, do you? Any more than it's possible for you to speak (write) the truth.
Listen for my cry in the wilderness -- "Look out readers for the "doggie-do" question -- don't step in (or worse yet), swallow it!"
You, dear "brother", will get the reward you've chosen of your own Free Will, and for which you are working so hard -- don't pretend otherwise.

Jesus did not lie about squat- Many things spoken are metaphoric, many are not-- Jesus said God would do these things, he never said WHEN-- God's answers are often not "NO"--they are "NOT YET"......And trust me- before it's all over you'll have your back-house mountains moved my friend! And before it's all over,YOU"LL believe, because you will have seen it w/your own two eyes-- but at that point you might be kissing your own a** cuz that'll be the only one you can blame for being so distrusting, closed minded and arrogant ----and you never even TRIED to really give Him a chance. It's never too late... until it's TOO LATE

God does answer prayer - but its not like some Geinie who grants wishes. Why God answers some prayers and not others is something only God can answer. If your heart is not in the right place your prayers may be heard but most likely not answered. If you choose not to believe then certainly you will never experience His love - and if its only a belief, based on a story then why does it bother you so?

If you read the gospel of john you would realize that Jesus spoke in a way to stress his point by way of parables and what seems to be exaggeration but if you pray within the will of god the mountains behind your house will move!

So what precisely is the question? Ask and you shall obtain--especially glaring to a believer. occurs each and all the time. Knock (at His door, meaning pray) and the door would be opened--He shows you a fashion - have faith it! in case you have faith and don't doubt, you may forged a mountain into the sea--nicely, we are doubters, are not we? yet we additionally use a minimum volume of our concepts potential. it rather is there someplace. We merely have not found out to get right of entry to it yet! So, if we don't doubt, in Him or in ourselves, we in all probability ought to truly pass a mountain merely questioning approximately it.

if you know the simple meaning of religion you wouldn't be asking a question such as this, religions are based on faiths and beliefs, you and i have not been there when this was said nor do we have facts about it, when someone believes in a religion do it because of their faith.i can remember few years ago a man took a bible in his hand and jumped into a lions den only to be mauled to death in a few minutes. people who believe in Jesus, do not test him, but be living example through what he has taught the world.

Lord Jesus Christ, I sincerely pray for this person that at some point of his life, he would come to know about you and your saving grace. Just as you touched saul of tarsus to become Paul, your Hand has not grown short to touch this person's life. Reveal your glory and presence in his life and may he know your goodness. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
