God will let you know when the time is right or the person. God does things on His time for us. Not on our time. Maybe God knows that you may get hurt so he wants you to wait a bit. Maybe there is someone else God had in mind that will come along. Maybe God wants you to be more financially secure before heading into a marriage. Maybe God wants you do to other things before getting married. There may be various of reasons but if God is not ready for you to get married, then by all means wait. He has His reasons. Be patient!

I think there are a number of other factors that you have neglected to share, like how old you are. In a good relationship you would know where you stood, as couples normally discuss their plans, dreams, wants, desires, their expectations and formulate a plan for the future. The discussion of marriage would of been an open discussion between the two of you. Trusting God with your relationship is fine, but its you who has to have the active participation in it. Ask your boyfriend what his plans are in regards to you and marriage.

Keep trusting God - you're already on the right path.
And don't allow yourself to be put in a "compromising" position, such as being alone with him for long extended periods of time in which temptation can be overwhelming at times.

u have to leave it to HIM. its not ur boyfriend im referring to. its GOD. God is what u people call him. however i have my own definition. that doesnt matter. anyway, have full faith in HIM, and dont turn to HIM only as your last resort. HE is your creator and he knows best what is good for you and whats not. leave it to HIM and trust HIM. pray to HIM always and see how Ur world CHANGES FOR THE GOOD AND YOU ALSO DEVELOP SATISFACTION AND PEACE AND ALSO THE SOLUTIONS TO ANY PRBLEM U COME ACROSS.
TAKE CARE. all the best!!
