YES, because the mother has unprotected sex and if she cant afford to have a child then dont have sex or use protection.. if she does end up pregnant and dont want the child.. there are many people looking to adopt a child. aborting a innocent child is not humane it is gross and sick.

Nope I feel that if you don't want it why have it.
Oh and don't even go there about adoption, who wants to carry something for 9 months and then give it up after,if they don't want the thing, they should use more protection, but NEVER bring something unwanted into the world, there are enough of them already.
If someone you knew was raped, would you want them to have the child they could hate for the rest of its life.
If you knew that the child would kill the Mother if it is born, should the child then be charged with Murder?
You know what we have choice for a reason, and abortion is one of those choices so I say people should just get use to the idea.

Mothers cannot be charged with murder, as long as abortion is legal.
There are now laws protecting unborn children, a person can be charged with harming or murdering a "WANTED" child ONLY.
Just remember, it doesn't matter what the law states. A guilty person can be found not guilty in the court of law. What matters the most - is that God sees ALL.

This is a matter of opinion..and we will never see such charges brought upon anyone here in the states and we shouldn't, because the few states that allow abortions, the abortion must be done very early before the fetus is legally considered a child.

i think if a woman is legally aloud to have an abortion at nine months.... (which is when she gives birth to the baby. when the head comes out , the doctor then stabs the baby in the head and kills it) i think that is undenialbly murder. no other way to justify it. the baby is brought into the world... and killed! i at leastthink ... at a minumum punishment..the doctors who have performed this act should be charged with murder.... and most definatly get rid of the law to allow this type of abortion to be.

Doesn't it depend on the motive?
I mean, if a woman's health is at stake, is that really murder?
But if the woman is getting rid of the baby just because it's "inconvenient", what if your old grandmother were "inconvenient" to you, would you be allowed to kill her???
Use of abortion as a form of birth control is the most selfish, self-centered act I can think of, and in that case, YES - it ought to be considered murder!
Learn a little self-control, how about?

yes it is murder, some already mentioned dont have sex if u dont want to face the results it will bring. a life is a life and if u abort it you are killing the child. and also cops are murderers too, and military men, only that government words it differently, anyone who kills is a murder unless it was an accident. there has to be intent. this world is very sick now, they allow many things and i think many years from now its gonna be worse

Abortion is legal in any civilised country so stop terrorising pregnant women. Accidents happen, women are raped, medical problems are all reasons to have a legal abortion.
Would you rather the desperate woman went to a back street abortionist who used a dirty knitting needle, resulting in the mother dying.

Rather depends on the circumstances of the pregnancy. A rape victim should not be expected to give birth to their rapists child and therefore, in those circumstances, an abortion would be justified.

I couldn't condone murder, of a child or the mother. But I think sterilization would be a good option!

yep! 100% agree with you. there is NO EXCUSE for it. i am sure there might be some medical reason somewhere in the books, but i can't think of any. to me if you aren't ready for a child or don't want the child, you should put them up for adoption or something. but at least HAVE them. ya know?
