don't try to act intelligent, just be yourself and in your element, you'll outsmart him eventually.
If he's so much in intelligence why doesn't he go date a brainiac with nerdy glasses...
ok this is a bit harsh :)
I believe he just needs to be impressed seeing you in action in a field you excelled in. Could be cooking, dancing, singing, shopping, painting, physics, biology ... whatever...
It's also somehow attractive for some guys to be challenged in everyday talk, just smart talk it is.
With a slight grin on your face like you have a trick up your sleeve or you are somewhat controlling the moment. Never revealing it though. Just keeping the slight tension in the air.
Showing some amount of confidence to impress him.
Please don't fake stuff like this, just let it grow with your nature and you won't be using it overdose and make guys runaway.

This is a really good thought provoking question.I remember how my ex tried to prove it.One night we were watching the news and she tried to act informed on certain world situations that I knew she knew little to nothing about she was just doing it to impress me. Although this was very cute ultimately it did nothing to my impression of her intelligence.Hope this helps!

Prove you're responsible. Get an education & a career, don't waste money, uphold your commitments, & call if you are going to be late if circumstances permit. Basically, be an adult.
