hello , my opinion about this question is simple i think :).Im a boy so i thin that others are not so different from me.So i should tell you this if u like someone and want to know what does he feels toward you there are 2 opportunities.if the boy is confident and likes you he will tell you.but i think in your occasion the boy is shy and you should be the leading part.if you want to make him tell you you should start first.the boys are different from girls more of them are more pent up in teirselves.and the key to the his heart is you first start to tell what u feel and tell personal things about you so he can find that you like im and trust him he will understand you like friend and person he will trust.But be aware the people who you trust :)

If someone really cares about you thats a no brainer sit them down right time right place tell him you need to know how he feels and see what happens, some men are shy some are not men are not so easy at expressing feeling as they are showing them in my point of view, it about a man thing. all you can do is try, my boyfriend picks me flowers on the side of the road or leaves me notes on my car before he goes to work or if we are gonna met he puts a sign up like princess parking stuff like that so i know he cares, verses him talking, its easier for him

Honestly, I would not ask him. Boys are wierd about things like that. If he won't tell you, make him feel comfortable around you. Be open to him and do not push him into saying anything. If he truly likes you, he will tell you in his own time. You can't make anyone do anything.

Honestly speaking , just find the right place and time and ask him honestly as a friend . Act like a friend not a girl friend. Is the timing is right he will open up .
