Tim! Man up! Tell the girl! You're mad cool, she likes you too! A wise man once told me that you cannot be deeply attracted to someone who is not also attracted to you. Look her in the eyes and ask her if you can hug her. Check out her response. Pull away and either 1. Tell her, "You know, Fahyolah, I really like you." or 2. What do you want to do today? ~ This way either you're starting a beautiful relationship or just testing the waters without feeling rejected if she's not ready for you. Go for it! Don't be ascared!

Being afraid to express feelings is natural due to fear of rejection.
What you should do is tell her that you had a dream that the two of you were together and dating. If she likes you, you will then know it. If she doesn't, you can just say it was a silly dream.
That way, the truth comes out and you don't get your feelings hurt.

If you really like her tell her. My father always told me, to never tell is to late to tell. if you wait someone else might get her. so just go for it. I liked someone for 14 years so one day after being married and divorced I told him we have been together ever sense. true love
