There was once an article about such Doctors names registered in the UK. It made hilarious reading.
There's a Doctor Foot, Doctor Hand ,etc. There was even a Doctor Slaughter.
My G.P. was called called Doctor Blood.(Now retired)
I kid you not.

I would find it extremely funny if my doctor was Dr Death. I would also be freaked out of my socks. Happy? I don't know but scared? Definitely!

There is one but his name has an accent viz. De'ath. Cool eh.
There is another one and this is the gods honest truth. On a brass plaque outside his office was his name and profession viz.
C. MYCOCK surveyor & architect.
I could be wrong about the profession but I don't think so. Naive or what, maybe just innocent. Not to worry it was many years ago. The guy will almost certainly be long gone.

As long as there was a Dr. in front of his name, I have no worries. I do hesitate to go the dentist who bears the name Dr. Payne.

At my Air Training Corps squadron there is a Cadet De' Ath. On his introduction talk he quite proudly declared that he wanted to study medicine so he could officially wear the title of Doctor De' Ath
