Do you think if there is some guard after this life will stand Tony or George! Most likely they will be grateful if they would return back! Well, regarding Bill, he has many to teach anyone and anywhere, so he will be welcomed anywhere!

No. He cannot rise again in 3 or 4 or even 10 days. However, if he repents of his sins, asks for forgiveness through Jesus Christ, then he would be raised on the resurrection day.
