For the past 3 months........I'm lucky if I can sleep 2 hours in a row...........just wondering how many others are like this too.......... and if their reasons are the same as mine.

Get a checkup with your physician to rule out any phisical or chemical cause. Don't do anything in bed except sleep & have sex. If you are still awake after 1 hour, get up and do something boring. Learn to relax - there are tapes etc. that can teach you. Don't stress about it. Enjoy what sleep you can get. If you are sleepy, SLEEP!

My past experience with insomnia was related to stress. I had often found myself waking up several times per night and not be able to return to sleep. I addressed this problem by writing down any/all issues that concerned me and making sure that I resolved them ASAP. Perhaps this will help. Thank you.

R u sure u r not stressed out? Too much of alcohol? Problems at work, self or exciting lifestyle? Try to self hypnotise. When u sleep, tell yourself to relax n concentrate on a white screen, it might help.
