if i was Omnipotent for a day i would probably realize the way things are is only way things can be,so i would give all beings (man /animal) a high pain threshold both mentally and physically to ease their suffering

Yes, I'd either turn all fissionable material in weapons into sawdust or I'd make it so any missile had a range of only a quarter mile (so the fired missile would explode over the one who fired it) and I'd make all guns go backward (so the shooter would get shot).
