i wish to approach her...she everyday looks at me n givs a pretty smile...what should i do...shall i approach her directly or first get in touch with her friend...n tell her the story...?

if she give u pretty smile and always look at you that can mean she is interested in you, be very gentle and kind.dont rush in your behaviour . give her time to know you and show you are interested in her and you like to know her more and you you like to spend some of ur time with her. give her always pretty smile.
and always be honest with her.

Watching daily? WOW! if anyone was doing that to me on a daily basis, I'd be a little freaked out.
I guess your actions on how to handle it could be a wide variety of things. Depending on location, etc. Cause if its at her work place, maybe it's just her job to smile and be friendly to everyone that walks in the door. If it's at like collage or university, I would just walk up to her and say hows it going, you have a great smile. What you doing this weekend, want to get a coffee. And work your pimping skills from there.
Going to her friend would probably be a mistake. She might end up liking you and not share how you feel about the person you really want. Or what you want her friend to tell this other person could get misinterpreted, and go all wrong.

Ho-ho don't involve a third party in what U just want to have the two of U...coz if U approach her and it works, You are the ones living and sharing ur feelings...Just approach find what she thinks...she may not tell U at first sight what she also feeling...But the end of that she definitely tell U more.
