I paid a deposit on a car but have now had to pull out. The dealer did not say the deposit was non refundable & no contract was signed. Are we entitled to get the deposit back?

It depends on the company.If they refuse to give your deposit back get in touch with your local paper.In the sunday mail theres a Mr Justice if you email him he will help (mrjustice@njmedia.co.uk) Goodluck

a deposit is a deposit babe, the whole point of the deposit is to encourage you not to pull out, i very much doubt you will get this money back but good luck :o)

sounds dubious? I would say you are dealing in poop street, you don't have any proof of anything, so you are cooked.
lear from it turn this negative to positive. or take his caps for a walk without the legs
