You answered this yourself. Non fatty food. The gallbladder is what breaks down the fat in foods. Now that it's gone, you have to stick to high fiber, lean meats, lots of fruits and vegetables. Also, be on the look out for lactose intolerance. A lot of times after the gallbladder is remove, people can no longer eat dairy products.

I needed a laparoscopy for further investigation since a gall stone had passed through during the operation, my gall bladder wasn't removed by keyhole surgery tho.

Hi, I have had my Gall Bladder removed 12 months later I had to go back and see him cos I will still experiencing pain had my appendix taken out and a cyst last october and am back again with more stomach ache.

A few years ago my father had his gallbladder removed but hole didn't heal properly(Very nasty)
