Ive never seen graffiti which was laugh out loud funny but I have seen some that were fairly thought provoking.
That one was, "A human being is alive for maybe 70-80 years, That's NOTHING compared to how long you're going to be dead."
Another that was kinda funny was, "If Jesus is everywhere, is He in the toilet looking up at my butthole right now?"
Another one, "SAVE RUSSIAN JEWS! COLLECT VALUABLE PRIZES!"

That's a good one, here is an old one I remember:
Those who write on bathroom walls
Roll their **** in little balls
Those who read these words of wit
Eat those little balls of ****
Here is one for the wall above a urinal:
Why are you looking here? The joke is in your hand.

Ya kinda have to know Washington, Tyne and Wear, to get this one, but saw some little kid writing 'Costa Del Barmston' on the bus stop. That amused me!

Any Japanese graffiti. Oh and the Ronaldinho one by fans in England. That one is pretty funny, whoever thought of it has too much free time.

Well, a toilet bowl poet! I saw some quotations of Goethe in a bathroom in a bar in Germany. He's a favorite of mine.

Mans ambition must be small to write his name on an outhouse wall.

An old French one on Iranian politics:
"Mort au Shah"
"Et aux souris"
Death to the Shah (or cat), and to the mice.
