Get a boyfriend who isn't so shallow.

Got a staircase in your building? Walk up and down 2 flights of stairs, 2 times a day. That's for starters. When you can do that easy, do it 3 times.

Or, join an aerobics class, or just get some good walking shoes, and get out there....run, if you feel up to it, but start off light, so you don't get discouraged.

The other side of it is looking at what you've got in the refrigerator, and in your kitchen cupboard. What you eat is just as important as what you do, and if you're eating poorly, too much fat/sweets and not enough good meals, you'll see the result in added pounds and lower energy. Try a carrot, next time you want a snack, keep it healthy, and get out and go walking a couple times a week. Good luck!

Get up 7:30 am Walk and walk until 11am, then come home and kick the shoes off, sit down, have a glass of water, rest a few minutes with feet up on the sofa, three minutes tops, put the shoes back on, walk twice as much as you thought you could go double time, heavy breathing, exhaustion, then go home and don't eat that day, to bed hungry as a bear, sleep, don't snack in the middle of the night, 7:00am get up have a bowl of cereal, low fat milk. Repeat the day before.

Losing weight for someone else will never work. You have to lose weight for you, if you want. If you want to, exercise more, eat right, & eat smaller meals more often to boost your metabolism. Also, if your boyfriend is concerned for your health, don't be too hard on him & ask him to help you in your weight loss efforts. He could probably stand some more exercise & a better diet as well. However, if he was just saying you weren't as attractive because you gained a few pounds, I would say you should take it as a warning sign, & evaluate your relationship. He may not be the one for you.

Watch your food intake? Eat healthy & stay away from fats. Start exercising slowly. I suggest walking on a 15-30 minutes daily. Join a gym. A gym offers aerobics, sauna, weight training. Check out the gym nearest you.
What activity do you enjoy doing? Do you like swimming, biking, hiking, etc. There are many sports to do.
You need to be active for life. Do it for yourself & not anyone else.

Cut down on carbs but not too much.

Take in a lot of water.

TRY to run everyday.

Do extra chores around the house.

Just STAY ACTIVE.

I guarentee it will work.

Also, get an active hobby.

I'd lose the boyfriend first. Then if you really do need to shape up-do so, there are many ways. Then when you're looking great- and he wants to go with you, tell him to hit the road. Sounds like a loser anyway!!!!!!!!!

first of all stop listening to him......he is judging you and that does not work in a relationship....however, to lose some weight what you need to do is retrain the time it takes your body to intake....do this by eating lots of fruits, veggies, and nuts......Omega Fatty Acids found in fish like salmon not only accomplish this they are good for the heart.....lots of natural grains as well, flaxseed and such, oatmeal, bran...so on....lots of water....and entertain your body...it was meant to move...so move it with fun...dance, ride a bike...whatever feels good

If he really loves you, he should love you the way you are...and if you think you are fat, maybe you should try not to eat at night, not to eat so much bread or sweets. Try to eat more fruits, vegetables, boiled meat, drink lots of water and make some sport...All these will make you feel better...but please DO IT FOR YOURSELF, not for your stupid boyfriend...
