To change or influence someone opinion:
1. Understand them first. What kind of person they are, what they really wanna hear and see. How can you win your enemy when you know nothing about them?
2. Time. choose the time that the person's mind goes down as you are superior...
3. Know every details what you want them to be. You hav to control the situation so you can navigate as you like.
4. patient is the key quality to success. Never get temper! Accept the truth!
It's like a war strategy; but I don know if you can apply it or not.

When they see that you are credible, meaning that you are truthful and set a good example, they will begin to trust the decisions that you suggest. If they observe that you are making risky decisions, you may not get their blessing. There is no real way to force anyone to do anything. Just follow the rules, and they will give you more freedom to make choices in the long run. Your parents know what is right. Sometimes all we want is "right now" which, in the future might be a poor decision.

Depends on what opinion you are talking about? Political, religious, handling money, your curfew, your punishment, your boy/girlfriend.... However you want to be treated is how you should act. You want more trust, be trustworthy, you want to have an adult conversation, use your head and be more mature. You act like a kid or spoiled brat that is how you will be treated..by everyone except your peers and they don't really count. they can't do anything for you other than listen to you whine.

Well that would be quite hard if you have strict parents but if they are soft then you can talk your way into changing there opinions

First you should know that Parents would love the best for you. Not necessarily they are right all the way long...but you should listen to them and understand their point of view...then you can discuss it, clarify the positive and negative in their point of view..
Being a trustworthy will facilitate and help.

It depends on what the opinion is. First you want to make sure it's reasonable and look at it from different perspectives. Calmly explain to your parents the pros and cons of theirs and your point of view.
Hope that made sense.

I guess it depends A LOT on what decision you're talking about. I cannot give you any answers because I don't really know what the thing is about and talking about thing generally doesn't have to work for you. give details and then I'm sure you'll get what you're looking for
good luck! :)

Depends what it is about? What is the issue?
If it is for your own good your parents will probably not change
their opinion.
