It's a --tar.gz file
The full filename is: CJLZ600LE-CUPS-1.0-1.TAR.gz
How do I install it, and if using the terminal, what commands do I use?
I know with the .bin files you need to convert them to .exe files through the terminal, and them install them
But what do you do with this?

Please help!!

That's so wrong - .exe files don't run on Linux without having a Windows emulator. A file is determined to be executable by the x bit when listing permissions.

to unpack that file, you would run

gunzip filename.tar.gz
then
tar -xvf filename.tar

Then install it as is appropriate for the contents of the file. Read the text files included with it. And check out www.tldp.org.
