my friend thinks that when babies are born their heads are moulded is it true?

yes. right befor babies come out of their moms thier heads are heated and stuck in a mold for a few hours. thats why women are in labor for so long

When a baby is born, the skull is still soft. As they attempt to assist with the delivery and considering the size of the passageway it has to squeeze through, which is usually head first, the head can come out appearing elongated. It will go back into what ever it's normal shape was meant to be in a few days..

well Idont know about now maybe It must be going on but during egyptian times the pharos sons head were moulded in to long as it showed that the child is a born king or something.

I believe they are slightly pointed to naturally help the mother with the birthing process.
But theyround out to look normal within days... so, yes.. moulded :)
I have no reference for this.. it just makes sense to me
