theres this guy who lives in the opposite house to mine .
its been 7 to 8 months that everyday he comes on his roof or out in his room from where my house is fully visible and keeps seeing me .
i use to ignore him but know he keeps staring at me sometimes he acts to get my attention but i m afraid of looking at him although i want to cause i have started liking him i keep thinking of him the whole day i like him watching me . but i dont have a way of letting him know that i feel the same as he feels for me . none of us have ever talked with each other . so help me out for should i look at him when he is staring at me n pass smile or should i wait for his act???????????????????????????...

Don't wait, put on a show. Sounds like your guy has a bit of a voyeuristic streak. Put on a little strip tease for him in the window, & beckon him over with your finger as you close the curtains. Or, for something slightly more subtle, go wash your car while he's watching, wearing your bathing suit. Maybe he'll offer to come help. Make sure to do lots of flirty things like toss your hair around & play with the water. He'll get the hint. If you wait, though, he may be too shy & you'll miss an opportunity. Don't look back later & wonder what might have been; take the chance.

The best thing to do is next time you see him on the roof make a sign like drinking coffee then signal downwards and across the road to indicate you are inviting him to your home.
Next go down and wait for him besides your front door.
If he doesn't take the bait then just put it down to him being a gawk er and make yourself keep away from the roof for a while.
Possibly he is shy and suffers from the fear of rejection.

Start looking back and you can give him big smiles before he does...This show him your interested in him too..Sooner or later,he will come over and start talking to you and just maybe asks you out...GOOD LUCK...

start smiling and waving at him and after doing that a couple times yell out and ask him over for coffee.
i would not wait to long he might find someone else.

it seems that u are shy to approach n' even afraid to stare back at him....hmm....try to be at least a little braver.....sometimes, just glance at him n' he'll get the message....in this way,u'll feel more comfortable n' happy....do u wanna continue like that everyday thinking of him but can't speak to him???

find the courage to talk to him you might find you dont like him as much but if u still do like him just ask him to go to cinema or something with you lifes too short to wait about hoping things will happen between you just go for it and find the courage to talk. good luck

better see if he is sane before you jump in with both feet, go to his house and ask to borrow a cup of something, then yada yada yada, your in but don't go in until you know it is safe! be extra cautious, this guy may be a peeper! or worse a jeffrey damer!
