Hello.Free radicals are those substances in the blood,which are harmful and are produced in the body in the natural oxidation process.So the issue is how to combat them,to reduce them in the blood..One of the solutions is the intake of so called anti-oxidants,mainly they are Viatamins C,E,A(beta carotene) and Selenium.Of course there are also other like omega3 acids etc,which help the body to reduce the free radicals..Good luck!!
