Muscles only do one thing they contract. Muscles act in groups so when different muscles relax and contract then different movements can be made. Physically the muscle combinations can do only 4 movements: bend, rotate, extend and contract, but these are just the result of various muscles contracting and relaxing.

Twist and shout and get down...Holden Hands,Picking your nose,Rubbing your tingleberries,Walking that walk...Crossing your leggs.waving to him,Hand movements and humping each other...The last 1 is really the winner...

Hmmmm... I know the arms, legs, head and torso are class III levers. Not very efficient but usefull.
