are there any special qualities a girl looks for in a guy and if I dont have these qualities how else can i win her heart?

I can't speak for all women. But I like a independent man, a man with goals and dreams. Most women want to feel safe in a relationship.

I have heard over and over that a girl picks a guy who reminds them of their father. And its true. They might not be thinking OK , is he like my dad? when thinking about a guy she likes but in the back of her head she is and doesn't even know it. I would know, I've been married for over a year and when I look at my husband I see my dad. And i couldn't be happier. so with that in mind if you don't think you have the qualities she is looking for maybe your not for her. The best thing to do is to be yourself don't be some one or some thing your not. Because in the end every ones true colors come out and there will be nothing but heart break. And remember there are other fish in the sea and if this one gets away. It may suck but that's part of life.

Have you asked her for her number yet? Try flirting with her, and if she consistently flirts back and doesn't find excuses to get away, then yes, she does like you.
