i dont know much about open gl
but i think it a technology that helps in rendering graphics for windows.
you cant load open gl.
in win xp
right click the desktop select Graphics Options then click Graphics Properties
when the new window opens click on the OpenGL tab
here you can change the default settings for openGL.

You have to be more specific with your questions. Yahoo answers IS NOT A PLACE WHERE YOU ASK PSYCHICS QUESTIONS, its a community thing, and not everyone answering the questions is a technician or technically informed. If you want that you should try a web forum.
In your previous question you neglected to give system specs thus you limited the number of possible answers as less people are willing to answer due to a lack of information.
Go back to your question later and see my answer

To be honest, your question would not make sense the way it really is worded besides the undeniable fact that the first component you need to do is see in case your snap shots card has OpenGL help in the driving force fantastically if you're operating on an previous laptop. Which driving force? no one can answer this without understanding what type of snap shots card you've. After that you need to be able to run this technique that you attempt to run that makes use of OpenGL (if that's what you're asking).

Perhaps have a look on the openGL website, or use their tech forums.
