You can go to ANY public High School for FREE!!! There is NO scholarship for HIGH SCHOOL!!!

I am going to guess that you are not from the U.S. so it is possible that you may be misstating your question. You may think of our high school as a college or university. Are you really wondering about scholarships for these?
