A bourbon drink.
Mash orange peel, maraschino cherry, sugar, 2 dashes
Angostura bitters with a splash of water, in the bottom of
an old fashioned glass -- similar to a rocks glass.
Add bourbon and ice, stir. Present with an orange garnish
and a cherry.
