When you're out of college, so you can get a job pretty easily with a high education and therefore have steady income if you were to have a baby.

Ok well just dont do it like i did i started at 15. I think if you feel that you are mature enough and KNOW how to prevent pregnacy and use those concepts i would say go for it but dont be stupid about it cause babys and stds are not cool. Midnight feedings or an infection you cant get rid of and will pass to others is just not the way to live make the right choice abstence is the best one just please dont be stupid. Meaningless sex is just that meaningless and comes with many regrets in the morning.

When you are at least 18 and when you feel the time is right. (note: it's not an "either/or" thing, the two should be together)
