If possible, go to a natural approach MD. Get a blood panel to check all your hormones. Do not use horse urine like premarin.

Eat more soybeans, edemame, nato; black cohosh herb is also good. I think Solaray brand makes a good one: SP7D with the black cohosh. Also, Vitex (Chaste Berry) is an herb that helps balance your hormones, as well as Red Raspberry Leaves, and Lemon Grass.

Start on an all natural plant estrogen supplement. Go to a local health food store (not GNC) and ask them for the best alternatives.

They say soy products will help boost estrogen levels. Try including some soy supplements. Also check with your doctor to see if you should take some kind of hormone.

Your doctor should have prescribed an estrogen for you. Or you can try the over-the-counter "estroven". Don't use Premarin. That is made from female pregnant horse urine.
