its very unlikely that its Tramadol because of the number 20, which usually indicates the dosage strength. Tramadol is available in 50mg and up. I work in a pharmacy and i will be able to help you if you can give me a little more info.

what does the other side of the tablet have?

You might mean temazepam which usually comes in 20mg doses. It's just a minor tranquilliser made by a company Normison. It used to come in capsule form but due to abuse was re-formulated into tablet form.

I take Tramadol, but my dose is 150 mg, the 150 is on the tablet.
