Yes, but it's a little clunky. Maybe "Am I the only one who wants to eat there." It's more conversational. It should be understood that you're referring to the group you're with and not everyone on the planet.

If you want to be really pedantic you could replace 'one' with 'person' ; 'that' is not the best word when referring to a person, should be 'who' and it also causes some repitition in the sentence ( two 'that s' close together, which sounds rather awkward). Result; Am I the only person who wants to eat at that restaurant.

"among us" is unnecessary but the meaning is still clear. It is okay for "among us" to be there but it is not essential.
