Several years ago, my brother had a hot sauce made from "Black Congo" peppers. They are supposed to be illegal to even be brought into this country. I took a pin and just touched the point to the sauce, when I touched it to my tongue I thought my head would explode. Supposedly 1/4 tsp of this sauce added to a 30 quart pot of chilli will make it as hot as anyone can stand.

Habaneros (scotch bonnets) are purported to be the hottest in the world. I like a touch of habanero sauce from time to time. Pick-a-peppa (Jamaican) makes a very good steak sauce (not too hot, but spicy). If you want to experience the ultimate hot, try capsaicin. You can get it from specialty stores, but often have to sign a release to buy it. It usually starts at around 75% and goes up by 5% increments. I had 85% and tried it on several foods. It absolutely destroys the taste of the food! All you get is hot! Not my idea of a good time...I don't mind hot, but I have to have taste, too.

i don't know what kind of pepper it was, maybe a karma pepper. i was walking through the country hungry and spied a garden. i stole a few things including these peppers that looked like mini bell peppers. the first two bites were sweet and delicious. then i noticed that my chin was burning ,then my lips, then my mouth and throat and stomach and esophagus. it wasn't jalapeno, habanero or chili

My brother-in-law, a culinary chef, and I made some hot sauce.
2 scotch bonnets
6 Jalapenos
1 can smoked chipotle peppers
Other ingredients......
I drank a half gallon of milk and was smearing butter on my lips for an hour. It still makes my *** hurt to think about it.
It had a good flavor though. LOL

I can't remember the name but it was in Taiwan food. Asia has much hotter spices than found in Latin countries. This was so hot I still remember...bit right into that sucker to.
