Did you know that 'america' is a continent? The United States Of America is a country, 'america' is a name describing the land-masses of the western hemisphere. Some Mexicans, the people of Mexico, DO rightfully call themselves 'americans' because the country of Mexico is on the North American continent. What they'd ALSO like is voting and other rights in the United States.
A good chunk of this controversy is about foreigners wanting to come to the United States and DEMAND benefits. Ever had a kid that demands a bunch of stuff? Eventually the parents tune the kid out....Mexico's basically acting like a little whiny ***** right now, and increasingly US citizens are getting sick and tired of the entitlement thing...maybe when Mexico has their next election, and they get their act together socio-economically, there'll be less whining and less demands of the United States. One can only hope, god knows the US has already dumped far beyond too much money into Mexico, in hopes they'll finally get it together, instead of just appearing at the welfare office next month...

Yeah, I know. I have got some stupidity from Mexicans here. They are upset because we don't want them here. It's ok with them if we pay for their food stamps and welfare and all of their anchor babies but they want us to shut up and not care about how they have abused the system and our economy. I could care less what they think or say. They should not even be here. Why can't they figure out that their attitudes and their false sense of entitlement is part of the reason that they are so hated?
