call da po-po (police) dats wat i'd do or if i was bigger than them i wud literally pick them up n throw them out n tell em " DONT COME BACK UNTIL U GOT MY MONEY"

if he isnt on lease then cant the manager kick him out? My friend had the same problem and went ahead and found another roommate and told the Old roomate to move out within a week or he would call the police for "tresspassing." If legal matters won't work then he is stupider and a bigger loser then he looks

It's called "have him evicted". Give him a 30 day written notice. I would make sure he signs a copy that you keep for his records to prove he's seen it. After 30 days, if he hasn't left, start the eviction proceedures through the law / police. They'll make sure he leaves. ANd talk to you land lord about changing the lock/s on the door. Just to be safe.

You have to go to Justice Court and file a formal eviction. You have to do it, your property manager cannot because you gave the person permission to live there. Depending on what state you are in, the average cost is $42.00.

Have the owner/manager help you with it because legaly they are not on the lease.....but i take that back because it depends on YOUR STATE's laws

I think you should formalize a contract othrerwise get a court order
