First of all, a question to urself, how much do u love her. If u noe this love is worth taking, then salvage this opportunity by allowing no barriers to stand in ur way, even if this mean being a man for once and telling her how u feel. I've learned in Sociology that 4% of girls will actually tell u how they feel. Other than that, the 96% are from the guys. Surprised? Dont be, it's just the nature of a guy being a guy and a girl being a girl.

If you are shy or insecure, forget about being yourself. You need to be confident in yourself before you can approach her. Otherwise you have zero chance in scoring. First get over yourself about being shy. You have to get the attitude that you are going to be the best thing that ever happened to the girl, then can you approach her.

I guess I don't fully understand. You love her but you can't stand her? If you love her tell her, take the lead. I loath men that go out with me but don't take initiative. But if you can't stand her get her out of your hair with dignity. Tell her you appreciate her friendship but that is as far as it will go.
