that's really weird. The solution of having at least one of the letters as zero appears to work. However, if you play around with the equation, it seems to give you some impossibilities:

9 = DCBA/ABCD ==> 9 = 1 which is impossible

or
if you put a zero in the above equation you get 9 = 0/0 which is also impossible.

Weird!!!!

ABCD*9 = DCBA

0*0*0*0*9=0
