Personnel idea? What do you mean? If you're advertising for a nanny of some sort, then you need to call a newspaper.

What kind of personnel ideas are you looking for?? Daycare?? i won't let anyone watch my son unless i know them very well. Until he can talk he can't tell me what anyone has done to him.

Go to walmart and get a nice kennel. They come with free water and food bowls!
That kids not getting into any trouble in there.
