I would Try to make her understand that the decision must be judged on the basis of long thinking and after matching our mentalities. After all love is serious business, and not just play for me. If I am free and dont have any GF then I would think about it for a while and then answer in "YEA" if i find the things falling in place I would go for it orelse I would ask her to pardon me for the reasons....................

Well, honestly I'll be surprised at first but eventually I'll shake out of it and clarify it with her what she reallky means. If the feeling shows up to be mutual I'll return the same words to her. And talk about how we should deal with it. And consider having a relationship.

Well, it depends. I hope I'm attracted to her. It depends in what context though. I've never had a relationship, but it's always best to be honest with your feelings when you are ready.
Life is about risks, sometimes you get burned. But, taking the risk is often better then not. It's good expierence.
