Who but a Mexican would name their kid Jesus? That is the silliest thing I have ever heard. Also, almost every Mexican woman I have ever met has the name Maria. Are they so mindless that they can't think of another name beside Maria if it is a girl? They are tacky with most things but with the names...that just takes the cake!

i dont care if they name them shito, if they would just try to make them behave, they act awlful. they run and scream and knock things off the shelves in stores. run in to people, i know some americans have bad acting kids, put not near as bad as these rude mexicans.

I'm trying to understand why anyone naming their children any name would be construed as "tacky." I'm wondering if Israel considers American names like Latasha or Keisha or Malcom X to be tacky? And even if they do----what would it matter?
I believe your judgmental statement holds the same regard with others. Your opinion in how, what, and who names their children is not affected by your narrow-minded declarations.
Jesus - in American - Is not how Our Lord's name would have been spelled in Hebrew. Jesus---in Hispanic---is pronounced "Hasoos."
Try reading a book or a newspaper or even one article in something other than a video store. Maybe that will allow you to at least sound a bit more informed.

Are you that stupid to think just MEXICANS name their kids Juan, Maria, Jesus, get your facts straight you see there is a country called SPAIN. And the Spanish are considered to be CAUCASIAN EUROPEANS! they name their kids MARIA, JESUS etc so a WHITE CAUCASIAN EUROPEAN FROM SPAIN CAN HAVE SUCH A NAME. Also have you heard of Argentina, Colombia, Cuba, Bolivia they use those names too.
MARIA, JESUS, ETC = SPANISH NAME NOT MEXICAN
MICHAEL, JANE, ZACHARY = ENGLISH NAMES NOT AMERICAN.
Why in the US & Canada Aus, NZ, GB, IRE why is everyones name: Michael and Katherine?

First of all Jesus is NOT the same in spanish. Second of all, Maria is a common name, but there are plenty of other girls names used.
I suggest you get a bit of an education.
