Definitely don't eat too much, just normal proportions. And, it is not like a stomach virus or anything, but I did throw up after eating today. The other I day I threw up from being overheated. I don't know what's up.

I had somthing similar. Do you feel bloated and gag somtimes when eating or drinking certain things. Particularly heavy or acidic food or drinks? It could be Acid Reflux. It's when the valve at the opening of the stomach which is supposed to stop food from coming back out stops working. Go see your doctor to be sure. Try eating a Gaviscon or another chewable antacid that foams when you eat it, right before you eat it worked for me. And it gets better.

Some people get nauseated after eating because of heat, stress, intolerance to certain foods, food allergies and such. But things like pancreas and gall bladder problems as well as ulcers, hiatial hernias, and bowel obstructions can also cause nausea after meals.

You need to see your physician and describe your symptoms. Be detailed and tell him what foods you eat, what makes it better or worse, how long it lasts after meals, and also report all medications, over the counter drugs, herbals and recreational drug usage.

I had the same problem, and found out it was my gall bladder. I had it removed (same day surgery in at 9:30 home by 3pm) and the nausea and pain that i had have been gone ever since!

Perhaps you have milk with every meal and are lactose intolerant. Or some other type of food allergy. If this doesn't clear up, though, I would see a doctor. You could have an ulcer or a gall bladder problem.

It could be stress, some stomach bug, gas/constipation... The last two are pretty easy to rule out, so if you're fairly certain it's not those, I'd guess stress.
