Be honest with her. She's probably afraid that you'll hurt her by cheating on her for someone else. Just tell her the truth. Let her know where you're going at night. Like all women, she take things to the extreme and overthinks things. Just be simple.

She might want to believe that you honestly want to date her for "the right" reasons, not that you just want to hook up or play games. If you really like her, tell her so and tell her why (but no silly love poems please). Find out something special that she might really like to do on a date and invite her. Do random nice things, but you should really want to do them. It shows that you consider her preferences, and that you care about making her happy. Better yet, find things you both have in common, but don't make things up if you don't. Don't lie to her, don't cheat on her, and don't take advantage of her. Being "sincere" isn't hard if you really like someone and don't have a problem being considerate, and if you're honest with both them and yourself. Just remember not to be creepy, or cloying, or overly pushy and show her in a nice way that you really want to be with her.
If you're just playing around, she'll know soon enough and drop you like a hot potato.
If she's really a special girl to you, you'll probably want to do these things anyway. That's sincerity.

She has soooo been played before. Treat her like a gift from Heaven and that if you treat her wrong, it is the end of the world. She has been hurt pretty badly, so be very gentle and understanding. And don't you dare try to get with her just to get in her pants, cuz that kind of karma will come back to bite you, and you won't like where!

She says she wants you to be sincere. So be sincere. In a woman's mind, this means you should mean what you say.. example: don't tell her you love her, unless you really do and are sure of it. Don't lie, cheat or be fake. It's really simple when you get down to it, just be your honest self.. and don't try to be something your not just to impress her.

Be sincere. Is the concept foreign to you? It means be honest, be true, don't screw around and don't lie to her. As much as guys think that women enjoy being messed around with and tortured by "bad boys" we all get tired of it and would really love having someone be refreshingly sincere. Don't let her down.
