Go to a store where you saw it. With a little luck they will be able to tell you the manufacturer, and with a lot of luck the product number. If they don't have the product number, most also have a name.
Hit the search engines using the manufacturer's name product number or name (if you have it)
The odds are pretty good you will find it.

Undoubtedly, some still exist, you just need to connect. Find the manufacturer and see if they provide the same product to another outlet. Best wishes...I know when you get your heart set on something you see, it is hard to give that idea up.

If you know the maker, maybe you could look them up and see if they still sell it.
