It could be contact dermititis (aka allergic reaction) but it could also be Scabies (body lice). Both produce small bumps that spread.
Try benadryl cream first. If it is an allergic reaction, benadryl should help it.. If the rash doesn't clear, check w/your doctor because it could be bacterial or it could be Scabies. :) They are pretty common and easily spread, but you need a prescription for the medicine to remove them.

You may be allergic to something you came in contact with. Try some beynadrll it is a antihistamine and may stop it from spreading. Watch out though for difficulty breathing that is a sign of antifalactic shock. In other words get to the er.

Do you feel unwell? Many of the common infectious illnesses present with a rash that begins on the chest or back. Chickenpox and measles for example. Watch for other symptoms (headache, sore throat, neck stiffness etc) Might warrant a trip to your GP?

this suggests an allergic reaction that may be Hives. check with webmd.com for specific information on various common causes, but most of all, if it is not a rash, it could be genital warts aggravated by herpes II, 2nd stage syphillis, chlamydia, or a plethora of other ugly nasties; best advice: SEE A DOCTOR

im not gonna ask why but what would be so important? if you hurt it bad enough you might have to get it amputated! and that is extreme discomfort and humiliation. but it is YOUR arm. so you could try falling off something and landing on it or having a friend break it for you but if you want to get girls then FAKE it dont really hurt your self

It sounds like you are having an allergic reaction to something. Did you change washing detergents? This might be the cause.
