dont just rush in and kiss her. ask her out on a date. then while on the date (if she accepts) ask her to go out with you. one step at a time

Please don't kiss her just because you like her! Kissing of that sort should be reserved for when you feel so close to someone you've been dating that you want to take it to another level like dating her or getting into a 1-1 relationship with her. Women respect guys that "hold out" and wait for them... You can express to a woman that you find her to be attractive and that would make her feel good. That would be paying her a nice compliment. To actually kiss a woman is telling her you want more such as a relationship...
