Can ones parents who are dependent migrate too? What are the typical documents that are needed to get thr the migration?

The British Consulate is a good start but there are also site on the internet.

I don't know all the specifics, but I do know that you are considered a citezen (or at least enough of one to vote) if you can prove that you have lived there for at least 6 months.

I think it is pretty hard unless you have a citizenship in an EU country.
