I would probably do the sew.. It wont stay in as long but it wont be as hard on your hair.. The glue will probably cause more damage..

I would use glue. Because of the weight of the braids required for your natural hair before you can even sew a track in, will make the under surface bulky and unsightly. Using glue is different and takes less effort. Going with the texture and density of an asian girl's hair is perfect.The tracks are slim and can be placed sparingly (only a very thin line of glue is required, applied directly to the track) However, when placing the track, DO NOT glue directly to the scalp! Place the track at least 1/8 of inch away from the scalp.

I am a caucasian and wore extensions for a couple of years applied with glue. I loved them but they were expensive about $600 every 3 or 4 months. Make sure you get a real professional that knows what they are doing.

I really wouldn't glue it. That could damage your hair no matter what type you have. My Stylist won't even do glue! Maybe you should try the clip in tracks.
