If he lied about that, what else has he lied about???
You're too good to date a guy who is not only a convict but a liar. Chances are good that you're not even his only "girlfriend." A lot of guys in prison make a habit of collecting female pen pals and making them all sorts of promises, hoping they'll send money. Sorry, but it's true.

Mama, this is the beginning of the lies. They have no lives so they have to make up a couple of lies. He is not going to tell you his real crime because then you would have an idea of how much time he is really doing. Tell you less time and it is easier to string you along. Tell you longer and you might leave him. He will just keep adding time little by little to his short sentence. RIGHTTTTTTTTTTT..........

HELL YES he is in prison, you don't have time to put your life on hold for somebody. and he lied to you so what you think. dump his ***

of course. according to me if someone lies without a valid reason, you should feel no remorse over what you do. So in your case you should dumb him because he lied to you, and in any relationship both the people need to be honest.

Hehe, a lie is a lie. But I guess it can depend on how much you like him and can forgive him and hope he'll never lie about something like that again. I'm curious though...what did he tell you and why is he really there? Think about that too...

If he lied to you then he isn't worth it. If hes in jail..hes not worth it. Find yourself a nice decent guy..one where you don't have to worry about lies and jail.

yes you should dump him, because the fact that he in prison,
and has not told you why that not good. if you can trust the one
you with then why are you with them. that would be my question
