Is she spayed? She could be in heat and cleaning up after herself. Some girls lick until they get a staph infection. Try some Neosporin, if that doesn't help try Benadryl cream. If something isn't helping her by Monday, see the vet.

Sounds like your pup has a food allergy. My female dog had the same problem before, we changed to Blue Buffalo dog food which is humane grade food. The rash disappeared pretty fast. If it continues consult the vet for possible ointment.

Well, dogs sometimes get the same conditions as humans.... have you checked your property for poison ivy?

well my aunt has a dog that was sick and broke out like that and it turns out hes allergic to grass LOL...have u changed her shampoo or food?lil things like that can cause it
