I would get a few neutral pairs of pants with draw string or elastic waist. That way, you can wear them as your size goes down. You may need to just go to a thrift store or some place cheap and get a few shirts to mix and match with. Then, when they are too big just get a few more for a few more bucks.

I just had a baby and I still wear some of my maternity clothes that are smaller than the others and then I bought some used clothes at a local thrift store for like a buck or 2 a piece. I am continuously losing weight so I also didn't want to go out and buy new clothes that I would not fit into in a month or 2 so I did this or just wear some sweats.

Your clothes are going to get so messy for a while that it isn't worth buying new clothes. If you know for sure you are going to lose that weight (some people who actually work out do take over a year to lose it all, some don't ever get back to being the previous size because the way they carried the baby or hip bones spreading), just deal with baggy maternity clothes, its better than wasting a lot of money on new stuff. If you insist on clothes that fit, thrift-stores is the way to go.

since you aren't really going to want to go out for a couple weeks anyway, go to a thrift store and pick up a couple things to keep comfortable in until you lose your baby weight. I had to keep wearing my pregnancy clothes after I had my son for a couple weeks then I was able to get back into my pre pregnancy clothes after about a month. At least that way you will still be buying more clothes, but just not blowing a load on a new wardrobe that you will likely only need for 6 weeks at the most it you are active enough to get the weight off.

Try Salvation Army, Good Will, or a consignment store. You may have to search, but you CAN find some decent stuff there. You could also go to Target or Wal Mart and buy just a few pants...get black...it goes with everything. None of my pre-pregnancy pants fit, but all my shirts did.

Trackie pants, t-shirts and dresses fit anyone. Just wear what you fit into BUT if the chub is still there after a year...stop kidding yourself and go buy some decent clothes to fit your new figure.

you should wear all the clothes you were wearing as you got bigger and bigger, you know the same clothes you wore when you weren't really showing a lot, but your tummy was too big for your regular clothes, they help out alot.
