Just realize they are 90% more likely to say something stupid before you do!!! All jokes aside, they are jsut human, and that is the most important thing to remember. You have to exude confidence! I know what you mean though, I am still that way when I am around someone I am attracted to....but once the ice has been broken then everything is cool, and it will be for you too.

take a deep breath relax and pretend your in a crowded room look straight into his eyes and ask him if has the correct time say that your watch quit and your not sure when but you have to be at the dentist for a cleaning by 3pm can't miss this apt i have this done every 3 months. that lets him know you care about your smile that he can see when your talking to him

Stop thinking you can't be with a guy by yourself because you become a mess. Just talk to him as he were one of your friends, try to know what he's interested in and maybe he can do all the talk thing without getting you too involved.
