Ok, here's the thing:
I met this guy almost 6 months ago and we liked each other, we had a relationship for one month only because I got tired and I got interested in somebody else. But just a few weeks ago I started to feel some attraction for him. I don't know if he is interested in me, because sometimes he hugs me (that is something he doesn't do with the other girls) and kiss me i don't know in a weird "good" way.
So should I tell him and apologize for what I have done? or just shut up?

you need to apologize to him. you sound like the problem is that
you did not know what you want or just got bored and move on
and that not fair to him and be honest i would seriouly think about
not dealing with you. this on and off nonsense is not good.

You should apoligize for what you did to him the first time, and maybe talk to him about giving you a second chance to see if things work out better this time. Good Luck!
